(Ok..and some popcorn) We use exclusively @matchaful ceremonial grade Hikari matcha. Matcha smoothie made with protein powder, lions mane and spirulina. Sunday brunch... So loving the extended garden bounty.. greens growing on gnawed off green stumps, beets that survived snow and freezing temps, last year’s potatoes that are just considering sprouting. The hens are laying and bread made from skagit flours. Grateful I tell you... and you know how it is when you’re halfway thru your amazing meal and think -oh yeah- was going to take a pic... And lastly a little sweet- blondies from Wild island, and frozen cookies from Xmas:)) Hope your week is off to a good start!

Caught a post this weekend by @feastingathome with some fab baguettes. Been a very long time or maybe never that/since I’ve made baguettes. High time. However I did use @fairhavenmill whole grain bread flour and @cairnspringmills AP Edison and though chewy and delicious they are not as pictured in the aforementioned post:)) white and crunchy.... Somehow though the veil was lifted and I will have another go. It was a 36 hour deal but perfect for a chill weekend. #feastingathome #baguette #baguettelancienne
