I can’t ever imagine getting bored with bread-so much to learn and experiment. Having more success with scoring when baking bread straight from the fridge. Per usual @cairnspringmills AP Edison and @fairhavenmill bread flour and a little spelt and rye. #sourdoughbread #walnuts #olives #scoringbread
#baguette round 2 Used @kingarthurbaking white bread flour. They taste great but more color than @feastingathome baguettes- any advice? Just less time in the oven? And should the ice be completely evaporated? Happy Tuesday! #sourdough #sourdoughbaguette
Sunday brunch... So loving the extended garden bounty.. greens growing on gnawed off green stumps, beets that survived snow and freezing temps, last year’s potatoes that are just considering sprouting. The hens are laying and bread made from skagit flours. Grateful I tell you... and you know how it is when you’re halfway thru your amazing meal and think -oh yeah- was going to take a pic... And lastly a little sweet- blondies from Wild island, and frozen cookies from Xmas:)) Hope your week is off to a good start!
Couldn’t you just dive into this emerald green glass of goodness... I had this Matcha smoothie for dinner with some broccoli salad!
